What is IN-Home Care
SAILS Washington In-Home Care Services is for children and families, adults and seniors who want to continue living at home and need ongoing care that cannot easily be provided by family or friends.
SAILS Washington provides In-Home Care Services from as little as one hour per day up to 24-hour care, seven days a week. We work with you to develop a plan that is tailored to meet your individual needs. We promote choice, independence, and respect while providing high-quality support services.
Services may include:
Personal Care Services - Bathing, Personal Hygiene, Toileting, Dressing
Assistance with Walking, Transfers, Bed Mobility
Companion Services - Visiting, Entertainment & Aid with Reading
Home Care - Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Shopping for Groceries or Supplies, Taking Out Garbage
Transportation - Escort to Appointments, Shopping, Errands
